Sealpilot has been manufacturing gaskets for over 20 years and has a skilled team that can manufacture vintage and classic automotive gasket gaskets from templates, drawings, or physical components. Whether it's a one-off production or a high-volume production, we take the same meticulous approach.

Not only do we sell sealing materials, but we are able to manufacture one or ten thousand gaskets for you that you can't provide in your local store or factory.

As far as we know, we are the largest supplier of engine gaskets to the "antique" and "obsolete" markets. Not only do we sell washers, but we have the ability to manufacture washers in the 1900-1960s that were not available through your local auto parts store or dealer for antique cars, trucks, tractors, stationary, marine, and industrial engines. Recently, we have been able to add "grey" market tractors to our range of gaskets.
We have a large number of NOS (old and new stock), head washers, about 40,000 more. We can provide complete engine overhaul gasket sets or individual gaskets such as cylinder head gaskets, manifold gaskets, exhaust pipe gaskets, etc. All of our cork and paper gaskets are the latest products. We were able to say yes to 99% of inquiries. We are also a major distributor of the best gaskets.

Case:

For many years, we have produced vintage car gaskets for individuals, car clubs and auto parts suppliers, and cylinder heads, exhausts, oil pans and manifold gaskets for numerous classic cars including Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Hillman and more.

Usually these types of gaskets are made of soft materials, such as brass or copper, which are very susceptible to damage during production. Manufacturing requires precise engineering by skilled technicians to avoid damage that can affect the integrity and longevity of the seals.

Scheme:

We manufacture each gasket with the same attention to detail and constantly check the work according to technical specifications and drawings during the manufacturing process. The gasket manufacturing process includes the following steps:

1. The original configuration file is used to create CAD drawings
2. CAD drawings are used to create precise cutting forms
3. Separate rectangular blanks are created from brass sheets
4. The blank is cut using a hydraulic press and cutting form to produce a cylinder head shape
5. To make the reinforcing ring of the gasket, the ring material is first annealed to make it easier to form a precise shape
6. Gaskets and rings are combined. This process can be done by machine or by hand, depending on the complexity of the gasket
