Sealpilot has developed a unique, patented process for the production of a highly compressible, flexible sheet sealing material with very tight thickness and density control for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and solid oxide electrolyzer (SOE) applications.

SealPilot material is a compression material that is resistant to high temperatures and electrically insulating. It can still have a good seal at lower pressures, will not burn at high temperatures, can compensate for uneven tolerances on the end face, and does not degrade the sealing effect during repeated thermal cycles.
Specifically designed to be easily cut into seals with complex shapes, including seals with narrow groove ridge widths (≥4mm). The controlled manufacturing method means that the sheets can be produced in a thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm to suit different designs.
New energy hydrogen production
With a range of different cutting and forming technologies, Sealpilot can handle individual seals for high-volume production requirements. For complex parts, CAD, 3D files are acceptable.
Our cutting capabilities are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers. Depending on the output and turnaround time, we run a range of cutting systems:
◉Small batch requirements
For small batches and prototype seals, we use an automatic press in combination with a die-cutting machine. Molds can be manufactured quickly for rapid prototyping. We also operate CNC knife cutting machines as needed.
◉Moderate resource requirements
For medium quantity requirements, we use semi-automatic stamping machines for CNC machined molds, which have tighter tolerances, but the cost is higher and the delivery time is longer.
◉Massive demand
For high-volume demand, we implement multi-cavity matching molds in a dedicated cutting cell, combined with fully automated robotic processing and visual inspection.
