Mica plate for electric heating equipment is a plate-like insulating material made of muscovite paper or phlogopite paper with appropriate adhesive after baking and pressing, it has good mechanical and heat resistance, and can be used for a long time at 550-800 °C. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical, electrical appliances and other industries, the product quality is stable and reliable, and its performance meets or partially exceeds the international standard (IEC). The product has passed the United States "UL" certification and Germany "TUV".

It is mainly used for processing various complex shapes and precision and small workpieces, such as punches, dies, convex and concave dies, fixed plates, strippers, etc., metal electrodes for forming, modeling, EDM processing, various micro holes, narrow seams, arbitrary curves, etc., with small machining allowance, high machining precision, production, manufacturing and other outstanding advantages, has been widely used in production, at present, domestic and foreign EDM wire cutting machine tools have accounted for more than 60% of the total number of electrical processing machine tools.
EDM is the principle of removing layers of materials on the surface of the workpiece by using the instantaneous high temperature generated when the spark between the electrode and the workpiece is energized. Ceramic fiber paperIt is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material and made by wet molding process. On the basis of the traditional process, the slag removal and drying process is improved, which is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no delamination, less slag balls (four centrifugal slag removal), bulk density can be flexibly adjusted according to the use, high strength (including reinforced fiber), good elasticity and strong machinability. It is suitable for heat insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption, filtration, etc. in high temperature environment. The production technology of ceramic fiber products makes the fiber distribution very uniform, and the paper thickness and bulk density can be strictly controlled. Ceramic fiber paper (aluminum silicate fiber paper) is produced from aluminum silicate refractory fiber plus a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binder. The binder will burn off completely during use.
Tadpole-ceramic fiber P-beltsTadpole-shaped gaskets are used where heat sealing is required. Tadpole-shaped seals form a thermal barrier that increases equipment efficiency while reducing operating costs. They consist of a variety of elastic cores and are covered by a variety of heat-resistant (or cold-resistant) materials. The tadpole gets its name from the seal's distinctive sphere and its tail. The flat flange of the tadpole gasket is called the "tail" (tadpole tail) and is used to secure the seal through clips, screws, rivets, bolts, etc. The spheres of the gasket are designed to compress under pressure, creating a seal. Different core materials can be selected with more or less compression, providing an ideal heat seal for a variety of applications. Tadpole gaskets or tadpole seals (the two terms are used interchangeably) are ideal seals designed for both high and low temperature environments. Tadpole seals are most commonly used in doors and access panels in industrial ovens and furnaces, but they are also excellent flange and edge seals in low-temperature environments.
