Reverse engineering | Prototyping

SealPilot makes it possible to digitally replicate components.

Scan the actual sample part or template on the bench and the system automatically generates a usable CAD model without errors. It is used for product improvement, reconstruction, optimization design, etc.

This drastically reduces the time and cost required to reverse engineer parts. Even the most complex parts can be captured in seconds. Once completed, we can choose from a number of different production processes to lay the foundation for manufacturing and delivery.

High-speed die-cutting

Precision punching press

Strong adhesive backing

sealpilot adopts imported CNC equipment and highly automated CNC cutting equipment, which can provide accurate dimensional processing according to the individual needs of customers.

From typesetting to equipment processing, it is controlled by computer to ensure the efficiency and quality of product production.

Waterjet cutting | There is no thermal distortion

SealPilot can manufacture products of almost all shapes and sizes using the waterjet cutting process.

Utilizing the CAD operating system, the sealpilot waterjet device has fast changeover times and allows easy changes to the dimensions of the part.

Rotary die-cutting

When converting film and pressure sensitive tape die-cutting, Sealpilt takes advantage of the flexibility offered by machines and tools to produce in-line lamination, kiss cut, scoring, split lining, sheeting, mating and perforation.

The Sealpilot team of professionals will work with you to ensure that the process of creating a custom rotary die cut is flawless. We have access to many different manufacturing equipment options, and we choose the fastest, most cost-effective solution to meet your requirements. We offer die-cut quantities from prototypes and small batches to high volume production. Given our large material library, lead times are among the shortest in the industry, and samples are often available the same day. We can easily disassemble the liner and pull the tab for easy removal.

Laser cutting machine

Unlike traditional die-cutting methods, laser systems can quickly and efficiently produce complex patterns and fine details, such as microholes, slots, or perforations. This advanced machine technology can accommodate coil die-cutting up to 13 inches in width. (330 mm) with tolerances as small as +/- 0.002 inches. (50 μm).
 This level of accuracy and precision keeps parts free of defects, defects, or measurement errors, and efficient use of materials for cost savings. Since no hard tools are required, rapid prototyping and low-volume production can be done quickly and efficiently.

Tooling and extrusion

Rubber molds play a key role in the manufacture of rubber products. Molds can be used to precisely give rubber materials a specific shape and structure. The quality and accuracy of the mold directly affect the quality and performance of the final rubber product.

SealPilot can customize high-quality rubber molds to ensure accurate dimensions, smooth surfaces, and structurally intact parts.

Rubber extrusion, on the other hand, is another commonly used production method. In the extrusion process, the rubber material passes through the screw of the extruder under pressure to form a continuous product with a certain cross-sectional shape, such as rubber pipes, rubber sealing strips, etc.

Rubber molds and extrusion processes complement each other, providing a variety of production options for the rubber products industry, meeting the needs of rubber products in different fields and application scenarios.
